The Lotterys Grand Prize Showhome is a 4,000 square foot custom-built two-story by ROCY Homes in the new Waterford Phase at The Willows. Interiors are professionally decorated and furnished by Atmosphere Interior Design in a contemporary style with a classic spin. The lottery showhome is valued at more than $1.4 million and comes with $10,000 cash.
