Edmonton Oilers Head Coach Supports Saskatchewan Hospital at Golf Tournament
Saskatoon (July 15, 2015) Todd McLellan's new responsibilities as the head coach of the Edmonton Oilers hasn't stopped him from supporting his home province.
On Aug. 25, McLellan will be auctioned off as part of the Driving Fore Prostate Golf Classic in Saskatoon, along with other celebrities like multi-talented Métis performer Andrea Menard. The highest bidders will win the chance to have McLellan, Menard, or other celebrities on their team at the golf tournament on Aug. 26.
The Driving Fore Prostate VIP Reception & Celebrity Auction will be held on August 25 at the Sheraton Cavalier, and the Driving Fore Prostate Golf Classic will be held on August 26 at the Dakota Dunes Golf Links. Funds raised will support the Leslie and Irene Dubé Urology Centre of Health and advancements to St. Pauls Hospitals Urology Operating Theatre #8. The Urology Centre provides guidance to patients who have already been diagnosed with prostate disease(s), and the operating theatre advancements will improve efficiencies, reduce wait times and provide advanced care for urology patients.
