Foundation Draws Event

What could be more satisfying (and fun!) than granting the wishes of Hospital employees?

Each year, St. Paul’s departments are invited to enter their “wish” that will greatly improve the Hospital experience for our patients, their families and our dedicated staff.

All applications for wishes go into a draw drum and every year in June, Foundation Board members make draws until $125,000 is “spent.”

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, our dedicated staff can provide extraordinary care by recognizing the value these items have for our patients.

Items typically requested include equipment, furniture, services and programs. Some of the larger items funded in recent years include: an Emergency Room Bladder Scanner and an Acute Response Cart for the Community Dialysis Unit, while the smaller items can be anything from waiting room furniture to blanket warmers and thermometers to new wheelchairIV pole units.
